As our Community Outreach Specialist, you’ll be a key ambassador for FiCare, working to expand our reach and bring financial wellness to healthcare workers. You’ll focus on:
? Growing our membership base by connecting with local hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations
? Promoting loan products that support our members’ unique financial needs
? Leading marketing and outreach efforts to enhance FiCare’s presence in Tampa’s healthcare sector
? Engaging with potential members through events, presentations, and on-site visits

What We’re Looking For:
?? 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (financial services/credit union experience is a plus!)
?? Strong relationship-building and communication skills
?? A passion for helping people and making meaningful connections
?? Ability to travel locally to meet with healthcare partners and potential members
Work Schedule & Location:
?? Full-time | Monday – Friday (with occasional evenings & weekends as needed)
?? In-person role based in Tampa, FL
