Risa Nakase-Richardson, Ph.D., FACRM

Dr. Richardson will help us ​understanding why sleep is important for your brain health and best performance. Since 1998, she has been studying how persons recovery and live with  traumatic brain injury. She is considered an international expert on traumatic brain injury rehabilitation and is invited all over the world to speak on recovery and rehabilitation from TBI with 64 peer-reviewed publications, over 150 international presentations, and 14 funded  federal and private grants.
