Educators in the Workplace - Pasco County Schools
Pasco County Schools is excited to continue the ‘Educators in the Workplace’ experience for the summer of 2025, and invite you to share your organization with a select team of Pasco educators, career specialists, and school counselors.
This is a professional development experience providing teachers and counselors with hands-on experiences necessary to develop an understanding of diverse career options, workplace competencies, and labor market trends in real-world settings. It provides a chance for dialogue between business/industry partners and educators, establishing valuable links between the workplace and the classroom.
By participating in this workshop as a ‘Tour Stop’ for a group of educators, you are expanding our knowledge base, making it easier to connect our students’ learning to career interests and pathways.
Participants will be broken into groups of 6-9 individuals, scheduled throughout the two and half days (Monday, A.M., Monday P.M., Tuesday, A.M., Tuesday, P.M.). We have something scheduled for the whole group on Wednesday, June 18th.
Please review the attached FLYER that contains more information.
