Oftentimes when I’m speaking with my Clients about challenges they are experiencing with their employees in getting tasks completed, they immediately say that they don’t like confrontation. 🤯 
 
Please understand that there is, and should be, an expectation of all employees to perform the duties of the job as outlined. 💯 ➡️ Expecting employees to do their job is not being confrontational, it is holding them accountable. Don’t be afraid to do that.
