Business Growth Initiative: Business Coaching Unlocked

From Business Priorities to Measurable Progress

Presented by Ryan Pusins, Encore Business Coaching in collaboration with the NTBC Affinity Program

Are you ready to stop putting your business's most important goals on the back burner?

Join us for the Lunch N' Learn for Business Coaching Unlocked, an informational session introducing the proposed Business Growth Initiative: a new opportunity designed to exclusively help NTBC Chamber Members turn a high-priority business goal into measurable progress over 90 days.

Whether you're looking to improve business performance, strengthen leadership, overcome operational challenges, or simply gain a clearer direction for your next stage of growth, this session will introduce you to a structured approach to moving your business forward.

What You'll Learn

During this informational session, attendees will discover:

• How the Business Growth Initiative is designed to help business owners move from being busy to making meaningful progress.

• The benefits of identifying one high-impact business objective and creating a focused 90-day action plan.

• How complimentary 60-minute Business Strategy Sessions help identify priorities, assess readiness, and determine program fit.

• What to expect from The Next 90 individualized coaching experience.

• How accountability, strategic guidance, and a structured coaching cadence can support business progress.

• How Chamber members can access educational workshops, priority consideration for limited-enrollment cohorts, and ongoing alumni opportunities.

An Exclusive Opportunity for NTBC Chamber Members

The Business Growth Initiative is designed to provide participating Chamber members with a practical, high-touch business development resource.

Members who choose to pursue the program may benefit from:

• A complimentary 60-minute Business Strategy Session.

• A personalized coaching experience centered on their business's highest-priority objective.

• A structured 90-day roadmap with accountability and strategic guidance.

• Five individualized one-hour coaching sessions following an initial two-hour Objective & Roadmap Session.

• Between-session email and text support.

• Practical resources and professional referrals when appropriate.

• Priority access to limited-enrollment coaching cohorts, with a maximum of four businesses accepted per cohort.
