Cindy?s 20+ years of experience and expertise in Learning and Development spans a variety of industries, including sales, healthcare, call center, financial, fitness, wholesale supply and non-profit. Her personal goal is to maximize the potential of the individual and the organization for growth, and she has guided companies both large and small through high growth and organizational change.
Cindy?s education includes a BA in Philosophy/Business from Villanova University and graduate work in Philosophy at Penn State University. She also has a certificate in Strategic Organizational Leadership, is a certified facilitator for The Leadership Challenge, and has developed a series of interactive teambuilding sessions to promote continuous process improvement.
Cindy has experience with a variety of personality profiles for teambuilding events, and understands the need for EEOC compliance for hiring and development tools. From the client side, Cindy knows how to merge company culture with behavioral and workforce analytics, including mission/vision, Core Values and appropriate Competency Models to accelerate growth and skyrocket retention. She is an expert in the sales process and has developed both outside and inside sales teams to drive results. Her list of accomplishments includes the development and implementation of quality assurance programs to increase customer satisfaction and succession planning.
Cindy has lived in Pennsylvania and Texas, but calls Tampa, FL her home. She is actively involved in her community through the Chamber of Commerce, fundraising for the American Diabetes Association StepOut Walk, and a Board Member for the Campo Family YMCA.
