Infant and Child CPR Course at St. Joseph's Hospital-North
St. Joseph's Hospital-North is hosting an infant and child CPR and rescue skills class that can help parents and caregivers save a child in an emergency. The class will be held at the hospital, 4211 Van Dyke Road, Lutz, Tuesday, April 28, 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in a classroom. The class fee is $25. The class includes learning choking rescue methods, CPR and home safety education based on American Heart Association guidelines.
The class is designed for parents, grandparents, teachers and babysitters.
The class is through St. Joseph's Hospital-North's partnership with Tampa's St. Joseph's Children's Hospital and the BayCare Kids Wellness and Safety Center.
