GLAZER FAMILY SMALL BUSINESS FUND REACHES 350 BUSINESSES SUPPORTED
52 Tampa Bay small businesses selected in latest round; applications remain open
The Glazer Family, owners of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, today announced 52 additional grant recipients through the Glazer Family Small Business Fund, bringing the total number of small businesses supported across the Tampa Bay and West Central Florida regions to 350. In April, the family committed additional funding that grew the Fund's total investment to $1.6 million since its 2024 launch.
Following Hurricanes Helene and Milton in 2024, the Glazer Family donated $2 million to local relief efforts, including the creation of the $1 million Glazer Family Small Business Fund. This year, the family expanded the Fund to provide additional support and resources that help small businesses continue serving their customers, creating jobs, and contributing to the strength of our community.

“Small businesses are so important to our community,” said Buccaneers Owner and Glazer Family Foundation Chairman Darcie Glazer Kassewitz. “They are the restaurants, shops, services and gathering places that make Tampa Bay truly unique. Their owners and employees create jobs, support local families and help each community across our region thrive. Our family is committed to supporting their efforts and appreciate all they do, every day.
The Fund distributes individual grants in partnership with eight local chambers: the Tampa Bay Chamber, North Tampa Bay Chamber, South Tampa Chamber, St. Petersburg Chamber, Tampa Bay Beaches Chamber, Manatee Chamber, Greater Plant City Chamber and Amplify Clearwater. Applications are open on a rolling basis to Tampa Bay businesses operating for at least one year that are seeking funding to address setbacks or challenges.
