Shapes Fitness has new Owners and they want everyone to know all about the Shapes facility, their team and their group programs.

Our Women's Only Full Service Fitness Facility offers as many as 50 Group Fitness classes weekly , including Kick box, Aerobic Weight Training, Indoor cycle, Boot Camp, Boomer Pump and Aquatics.
