Historically\, women have been socialized to be caretakers and service oriented.  This is often characterized with an unconscious experience of self-denial depicting self-care as selfish.  This presentation will explore actual and perceived barriers to self-care and deliver practical options for attendees to employ.  Participants will be empowered to develop a multidimensional and attainable self-care plan.\n\n\n\nWe hope to see many of you on ZOOM for this informative program.  \n\n\n\nThis women only exclusive group is for members and prospective members of our North Tampa Bay Chamber. \n\n\n\nThe North Tampa Bay Chamber believes in networking with a purpose and its vision for WOW is to enhance skill-sets when possible and to always capitalize on opportunities for the benefit of our members and our business community.
