He will also discuss planned transportation improvements in North Tampa Bay and throughout the region.\n\n\n\nDave joined the Tampa Bay Partnership in December 2015\, after previously leading their regional business planning and research efforts from 2010 to 2013.\n\n\n\nDave brings to the Partnership nearly two decades of economic development research and project management experience.  In his role\, he leverages a career of project management\, management of outside consultants\, data analysis\, planning and reporting\, coordination with outside agencies\, and development and implementation of recommendations to enhance prosperity and economic competitiveness throughout the Tampa Bay Region.
