Catarina earned a scholarship to Boston University and became the first person in her family to earn a college degree. Catarina also attended Johns Hopkins University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and received her MBA with a concentration in International Marketing. Before becoming a full-time entrepreneur with Mary Kay\, Inc.\, Catarina worked for Robert Half International as a Division Director. Through her leadership\, her team quadrupled the division's revenues earning her the recognition as one of the Top Ten Division Directors in the entire world! Catarina has earned two Mary Kay Career Cars\, two diamond rings in Mary Kay's National Queen's Court of Sales and was crowned the Queen of Director Sales in her National Area in 2006. She also won a trip to Cabo San Lucas\, Mexico and her highest honors were being voted Miss Go-Give of her National Area at Seminar 2009 & Seminar 2012 which is a title voted on by her peers for the person who gives the most without expecting anything in return. She has a passion for helping women feel and look beautiful from the inside out and believes that a woman can achieve anything in life that she sets her mind\, heart and soul to achieve.
