\nKathryn O'\;Farrell has over 8 years of experience in the financial banking sector\, serving in various roles including overseeing front line branch operations and ensuring compliance with financial audits and corporate policies and procedures. \; After receiving several commendations and regional awards in the financial sector\, she transitioned to a career in post-secondary education. \; Having served over 7 years in higher education\, Kathryn currently serves at Trinity College of Florida where she works with students in co-curricular student development programs that emphasize soft-skill development in the areas of leadership\, communication\, team-work\, and persistence and in the areas of community relations and institutional advancement. \;

\nKathryn is also active in the community volunteering with the United Way of Pasco County\, Habit for Humanity\, Shephard'\;s Village\, a transitional housing program for single-mothers\, and the Pasco County Supervisor of Elections Office. \; As the wife of Dr. Kevin O'\;Farrell\, Provost of the Pasco-Hernando State College Porter Campus in Wesley Chapel\, Florida\, she is actively involved in campus and community events in the North Tampa Bay region. \; A graduate of Palm Beach State College and a frequent conference and retreat presenter\, Kathryn is passionate about mentoring students and helping others discover their full potential. \; However\, her highest joy is being a mother to her two very active and adventurous sons\, William and James. \; \; \; \;
