Kathyrn is the Co-Founder of AmSkills\, a European style manufacturing training program which builds a pipeline of skilled workers for the industry and also is a tool to recruit European companies to the Tampa Bay Area. She has led 4 overseas trips to learn about the European model of dual education and apprenticeship training. She also was instrumental in starting the International program in Pasco County\, and was recently named the "International Person of the Year" by TBOWIT (Tampa Bay Organization of Women in International Trade).
