Prior to this\, Chance was a Social Worker at Morton Plant Hospital and most recently was the Social Worker in the Emergency Department of Morton Plant North Bay Hospital. Chance also serves on the Pasco County Domestic Violence Task Force\, the North East Pasco Community Coalition\, and the School Advisory Committee for Springstead High School and is currently the co-chair of the Prescription Drug Sub-Committee of the Pasco Alliance for Substance Abuse Prevention. He is also actively involved in the student ministry of Spring Hill United Church of Christ and is working toward his Master in Divinity at Chicago Theological Seminary and his Master in Social Work at Boston University.
