DESCRIPTION:Please join us and Vanessa Rodriguez\, Corporate Trainer with the Business Center for Diversity & Inclusion for an in-depth presentation on "Turning Disability Awareness into Workplace Success". Due to low employment and pending retirements\, many small to large Florida businesses are increasing their choice of candidates for organizational success. Persons with disabilities represent a large and widely underutilized talent pool of qualified candidates across various industries. During this interactive training\, attendees will increase their disability awareness\, identify the benefits of including person with disabilities in their workforce plus learn how to identify and address inclusion barriers for workplace success. Seating is limited and this will be a small group with lots of interaction and answers to questions.\n \n\nThis is a great time to review your company's policies to ensure they convey a commitment to an inclusive workplace culture.
