DESCRIPTION:9Round   New Tampa\, a local kickboxing franchise gym\, is hosting a Charity Kick Event for Alzheimer's and Multiple Sclerosis. Fitness enthusiasts will have a unique opportunity to help raise money\, with one penny being donated for every kick recorded.\n\n \n\nSince the event's brand-wide inception eight years ago\, participating 9Round locations throughout the United States and Canada have recorded more than 37 million kicks and raised nearly $370\,000 for important charities. This year\, 9Round locations have the opportunity to put funds raised from their studios' kick events toward charities of their choice. 9Round - Cross Creek in New Tampa has chosen to support our local Alzheimer's and Multiple Sclerosis charities. \n\n \n\nAccording to the national Alzheimer's Association\, an estimated 5.8 million Americans of all ages are living with Alzheimer's in 2019. This number includes an estimated 5.6 million people age 65 and older.  In the United States a recently completed prevalence study\, funded by the National Multiple Sclerosis Society\, estimates that nearly 1 million people over the age of 18 live with a diagnosis of MS. As a person personally impacted by these diseases\, I felt strongly about our choice this year and hope you come out to support this event.
